ACCOUNT DELETION
Request deletion from your account.
The Practice Lab records the request, shows its status, and keeps the process honest when financial or security records cannot be erased immediately.
How to request deletion
Sign in, open My Account, choose Account and data, and confirm the deletion request. The request can be cancelled while it is still pending.
What happens next
New paid activity should stop while a request is processed. Profile and learning data will be removed or minimised where possible. The request is not described as completed until the server-side process has actually been performed.
Records that may remain
Order, payment, refund, discount, anti-fraud, tax, and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting, dispute, and security purposes. Where appropriate, retained records will be separated from an active student profile.
