TERMS OF ACCESS
Practice access is personal.
These terms apply when you create an account, purchase access, or use dMAT Practice Lab. Review the plan and final payable amount before payment.
The service
dMAT Practice Lab provides independent preparation material, generated practice, source-pack exercises, explanations, and simulations. It is not affiliated with APS India, g.a.s.t., or a university, and it does not guarantee an APS outcome, admission, score, or test result.
Your account and access
Access is for one student and one personal account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. The checkout page shows the access period, regular price, automatic offer, code discount, and final amount before a Razorpay order is created.
Permitted use
You may use the material for your own preparation. You may not resell, publish, scrape, systematically capture, distribute, share access to, or create a competing question bank from the service. Ordinary personal study notes are allowed.
Fair use and protection
Automated extraction, account sharing, payment abuse, and attempts to bypass access controls may lead to a temporary restriction or termination after review. Security measures must not be used to hide purchase rights or deny a genuine support request.
Availability and educational accuracy
The service aims to be reliable and useful, but maintenance and corrections may occur. Official rules, dates, centres, and eligibility information can change; current official instructions take priority over this independent guide.
Payments and refunds
A browser success message does not activate access by itself. Payment must be verified as captured against the matching server order. Digital access purchases are normally non-refundable after delivery, subject to the exceptions and rights described in the Refund Policy.
Teacher-guided services
Practice Lab access does not include live classes, teacher guidance, or a faculty programme unless those services are expressly listed in a separate written offer. Any such programme has its own schedule, delivery scope, and commercial confirmation.
